During the December 17, 2012 Village Board meeting, Brad Hettich was unanimously appointed to the Lisle Village Board. He will serve out the remaining term of former Trustee Joe Schmitt, who passed away on December 7, 2012.

Mr. Hettich will be officially sworn in as Trustee during the January 7, 2013 Board Meeting to serve through April 2013. He will be running in the April election for a full four-year term beginning in May 2013.

Mr. Hettich is President of Hettich Financing Solutions, Inc. dba Commercial Lending X, a Naperville based business which provides financial consultation and lending solutions to a variety of businesses. Prior to that, he was the Vice President and Branch Manager of the Old Second Bank in Lisle and Vice President with Hinsdale Bank & Trust Company.

Mr. Hettich is well known in the Lisle community due, in part, to his active involvement in numerous community organizations including the Lisle Rotary Club, the Eyes to the Skies Festival Committee, the Scarecrow Scramble Committee and Junior Achievement. He was the Chairmen of the Lisle Area Chamber’s Government Affairs Committee, served on the Ogden Avenue Corridor Master Plan Commission and is currently a member of the Lisle Planning and Zoning Commission.

Mr. Hettich and his family have resided in Lisle since 2008, although he has worked in Lisle since 2004. He is married to Cathy Hettich and has three children, Elizabeth (14), Evan (10), and Xander (6).
