VOTER REGISTRATION
Residents may register to vote at the Village Hall Business Office at 925 Burlington Avenue, Lisle, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Requirements are as follows:
United States citizenship
Age 18 by the date of next election
Resident of the precinct for 30 days as of the next election
To register to vote, please provide two forms of identification with at least one showing a current address. For new residents who have not yet changed their driver's license, it is recommended that a utility bill be provided for address verification. If unable to provide something with a current address, an Affidavit of Residence will be required. If not providing a driver's license number or state ID number, then the last four digits of your social security number will be required.
Residents who move within the county and hold a current voter’s registration card may follow the instructions on the back of the card to transfer their registration to their new address.
State law prohibits Deputy Registrars at the Village Hall from accepting new registrations and changes of address during the 27-day period before an election and for two days after an election. However, residents may go to the Election Commission's office to register up until three days before the election.
The DuPage County Election Commission is charged with the conduct of all federal, state, county and local elections occurring within the county.

PETS

All dogs and cats over four months of age are required to be inoculated against rabies. DuPage County Animal Control issues rabies tags through local veterinarians, as well as at the Animal Control Center in Wheaton. Lisle dogs must wear a current rabies tag at all times.
Village ordinances prohibit dogs and cats from running at large. If your pet is missing, contact the Lisle Police Department at (630) 271-4200 to see if your pet has been picked up.
Pet owners redeeming their animals from the pound will be will be required to pay for all fines and any fees that incurred for the period the animal was impounded. Some of the fees are boarding cost, rabies inoculation (if no proof), and micro chipping. Micro chipping is a state law passed January 1, 2004, requiring all impounded animals to be chipped and registered before being released to their owners.

VILLAGE STICKERS
The Village of Lisle does not require local vehicle stickers. Village of Lisle residents that would like a complimentary vehicle sticker may obtain one at the Village Hall, Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM at no charge.
