Welcome to the Village of Lisle's Document Imaging System

The Village has converted most of its paper documents to electronic format. The main focus of this project is to make documents easier for Village staff to find, thereby helping them to work more efficiently. Additional benefits of this process are making Village information more accessible to the public, saving file space in Village Hall, and enabling the Village to backup the documents for offsite storage. The information available for residents via this system include Board and Committee Minutes, Agendas and Schedules, Village Ordinances and Resolutions.

Quick Instructions: Navigate using the document tree on the left side of the Weblink window. Click through the folders until you find the category that you are looking for by clicking on the title of the folder you wish to browse. When you have made it to the desired folder, you will see a list of files in the frame on the right side of the page. Just click on the title of your intended document and it will open. You then have a choice to view the scanned image, convert it to plain text or a PDF document.

Alternatively, you can click on the Search button and use keywords to find a document within the system.
