Commuter Parking Permits There is a four to six year waiting list to obtain a quarterly commuter parking permit. Nonresidents must pay a $15 nonrefundable fee to be placed on the list. There is no fee for Village of Lisle residents, but a copy of a current driver's license must be submitted to prove residency.

Complete the form and submit it along with either payment or a copy of your driver's license to the Village of Lisle at the address on the form. Payments may also be made online through epay. NOTE: The current cost of a quarterly permit is $105. Parking permits for the Lisle commuter lots are valid only if purchased directly from the Village of Lisle. Permits purchased from former commuters are not valid.

Village of Lisle Daily Parking
Lot V is a pay-by-day cash lot. This lot is located north of Burlington Avenue on the west side of Spencer Avenue. See commuter parking map above.
If parking anytime between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday through Friday there is a fee due of $3. The $3 fee must be put in the drop box at the south end of the lot using envelopes that are located on the side of the box. The license plate number and date must be written on the envelope.
This lot will be patrolled several times a day. Those that have not paid the $3 fee, or have failed to clearly write their plate number on the envelope will be subject to a $50 ticket. This parking fee is not pro-rated. If entering the lot at 1:00 PM, the fee remains $3. Payments of less than $3 will result in a citation. Overpayments will not be credited toward future parking needs.
If entering the lot after 2:00 PM during the work week, or anytime on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays when the Village Hall is closed, parking is free. There will be no overnight parking in this lot - no parking from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
If this lot is full, please come to the Business Office at 925 Burlington Avenue. There is the possibility that we may have the space available to issue a parking permit for the day in another lot. The Business Office opens at 7:00 AM. Please call (630) 271-4100 with any questions.
The following policy will be followed when selling daily parking permits:
If the pay-by-day cash lot (Lot V) is full, daily parking permits will be sold on a first come first served basis for Lot F beginning at 7:00 AM the day of parking.
If Lot F is full, daily parking permits will be sold on a first come first served basis for Lot E beginning at 8:00 AM the day of parking. Available space is not guaranteed.
Parking may not take place until the daily pass has been purchased and is properly displayed in the vehicle. Daily permits cost $3.
Refunds for daily parking permits will be issued if the permit is returned to the Business Office within 30 minutes of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Daily parking permits for Lot F will not be sold on Fridays from May through October.
One Day Advance Purchase - Incorporated Village of Lisle Residents Only
Special requests from incorporated Village of Lisle residents for purchase of a daily parking permit prior to the day of parking will be considered on a case by case basis. The decision will be based on available parking space in the Village Hall lot. No daily permit for the Village Hall lot will be sold more than one business day in advance of parking. Daily permits cost $3.
Village Hall daily parking permits are not available for every day commuting. No one will be issued more than two permits in any one week for the Village Hall lot.
Proof of incorporated Village of Lisle residency is required to purchase a permit for the Village Hall lot.
Daily permits in the Village Hall lot are for the visitor parking spaces unless instructed otherwise.
