The Planning and Zoning Commission is responsible for reviews and recommendations ranging from new development proposals to zoning variation requests. The Commission is also responsible for reviews and recommendations related to Planned Unit Developments (PUD's), subdivision plats, rezonings, special use permits and other related zoning relief.
The recommendations of the PZC are forwarded to the Village Board of Trustees for a decision on the proposals to either review or deny the request. Please click on Community Development for hearing dates, an application and the deadline for applications.
Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM.

The Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) consists of seven members who serve for three-year terms.
