The Village of Lisle-Benedictine University Sports Complex is home to the University’s football, men's soccer, women's soccer, baseball, softball and track and field programs. The multi-million dollar on-campus facility is a collaborative effort between Benedictine University and the Village of Lisle.
This 3,000-seat stadium is one of the finest athletics facilities in the nation. The stadium features an artificial playing surface, state-of-the-art electronic scoreboard and message board, lights and a nine-lane competition track.
Atop the seating area of the stadium are the main press box area, complete with coaching/broadcast booths, four luxury suites and viewing sundecks on both ends.
The Sports Complex affords baseball teams and fans a state-of-the-art facility that offers both comfort and functionality to the highest degree.
The baseball stadium seats 1,100 overall. More than 800 of those seats are comfortable stadium-style chairs – including handicap accessible areas on the main concourse. The softball field is lighted with an electronic scoreboard and message center.
The wide-open concourse offers a spacious area for fans to enter and exit the facility after finding ample parking in lots directly adjacent to the south and east Sports Complex entrances. This comfortable facility offers fans a park-like concourse with umbrella covered tables and two built-in
Annually, the facility plays host to numerous high school playoff and championship contests. It was also site of the 2006 NCAA Division II Women’s Lacrosse Championship (the first time that the championship had been anywhere but at an East Coast site) and the 2006 NCAA Division III Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
