Gerald Sprecher was appointed Village Manager by the Mayor and Village Board in 2001.

He reports to the Mayor and Board and is their representative in the transaction of all Village business.

He is responsible for oversight of all Village Departments and ensuring that daily activities are consistent with policies established by the Board, including budget and fiscal policies.
