The Administrative Services Department provides a broad range of quality services and professional support to Village departments, employees, and the community. The Department is organized into three divisions including: Human Resources, Management Information Systems (MIS) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Activities and functions include:

• Centralized personnel management
• Risk management
• Operation and support of the Village-wide information technology systems and resources
• Creation of interactive digital mapping applications and printed maps to support Village functions
• Village website services
• Government access television programming
• Oversight of utility, refuse/recycling, and franchise agreements
• Public information and employee communication
