The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners of the Village of Lisle holds examinations to establish an eligibility list for initial appointment to the position of Police Officer.  Once established, the eligibility list remains in effect for two (2) years, unless exhausted sooner.

 CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

United States citizenship

Age 21 at the time of application and under age 35 as of the posting of the initial eligibility list unless otherwise provided by 65ILCS 5/10-2.1-6

Binocular Vision correctable to 20/20

Valid driver’s license

Associates or Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
