Sign Permits

Regulations
A sign permit is required for the installation of any sign, whether temporary or permanent, within the Village of Lisle’s corporate limits. The village has an ordinance prohibiting signs in the right-of-way, which includes county, state, or village right-of-ways.

All signs must be on private property. Any signs on utility poles, structures, or in the parkway (street right-of-way) are strictly prohibited and will be removed and discarded.
