Purchasing

Role of the Division
The Purchasing Division, part of the Finance Department, oversees the purchasing of all goods and services for the village and is responsible for ensuring that all purchases comply with federal, state, county, and municipal laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.

Bid & Proposal Opportunities
Contracts for the procurement of supplies, professional services, and construction are made through fair and open competition using competitive bids and requests for proposals that will result in the award of contracts equitably and economically.

Bid Documents
The Village of Lisle invites all interested and qualified bidders to participate in the process of receiving contracts from the village. The Village of Lisle has joined DemandStar, an online service that connects interested bidders with governments which post solicitations on the DemandStar website.

If you are not a DemandStar subscriber, a list of the Village's Bid Documents is available for your review.

As always, suppliers are welcome to pick up the solicitation documents in person at the Village of Lisle Business Office between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
