Responsibilities

The Human Resources Division manages employee and labor relations, risk management, personnel administration and training for the Village of Lisle. Human Resources also provides staff support to the Board of Fire and Police Commission.

Activities include the following:

  • Total compensation management and planning  
  • Collective bargaining and labor contract administration
  • Organization and employee development 
  • Personnel policy development and implementation
  • Risk management, safety and workers compensation 
  • Partners with Village departments to recruit, select, onboard and retain professional and responsive employees, so that the Village of Lisle delivers high quality, cost effective services to the community
