Citation Review Request
If you have received a parking citation from the Village of Lisle and you feel you were ticketed in error and/or you have special circumstances that may influence the Officer's decision to write you a citation, you may complete this review form. Email any other documentation to LislePoliceRecords@villageoflisle.org. You should receive a response in 7 - 10 business days. You may check on the status of your review by calling the Lisle Police Department at 630-271-4200, Monday - Friday, between 7 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
To help finding your pet as quickly as possible, please complete this form, which will log the lost pet information in the Police Records Log. Please also call 911 at the same time so that an officer can be dispatched to help search for the pet.
Lost Property Form
Access an online form that allows you to report lost property. Please note that this is not a form to report stolen property. Such reports need to be made to an officer.
