Greenest Region Compact

In October of 2021, the Lisle Village Board approved a resolution endorsing the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus Greenest Region Compact (GRC). The GRC is was created to leverage the strength of municipal governments to help build vibrant, sustainable communities across the Chicago region. The foundation of the GRC is made up of 49 high-level goals that were developed through consensus and tailored to municipalities.
