Project Scope

While many businesses are located in Downtown Lisle and significant traffic counts exist on Ogden Avenue, physical conditions, underdeveloped sites, and competing shopping centers are impacting the overall commercial viability of these areas.  As part of the continued efforts to implement the Downtown Master Plan and the Ogden Avenue Corridor Plan, the Village of Lisle is developing a Market Study for Downtown Lisle and the Ogden Avenue Corridor.

Purpose of the Market Study
The purpose of the Market Study is to obtain consultant assistance to provide an analysis of the Downtown and Ogden Avenue retail market and climate, projection for future development potential, description of business types most appropriate and identification of opportunity sites for new business creation, mixed-use development or redevelopment.
