The permit guides below provide a general outline of how to apply for a specific permit type and what must be submitted as part of that permit application. The permit guides also provide an inspection checklist that is intended for use in preparing for plan review and inspection. The inspection checklist is only a general list and is not intended to address all possible scenarios.
