Commercial Filming

At times, locations in Lisle are used for filming movies, television shows, commercials and related professional video production activities, all of which require a commercial filming permit. The Village's commercial filming policy helps ensure minimal impact on blocks or neighborhoods where film crews are working. The Village may authorize the use of any Village-owned property, right-of-way, equipment and/or building for commercial use only if the personal and property rights of affected residents and businesses can be adequately protected, unreasonable disruptions to the community can be avoided, and rights of the public to safe and normal use of public streets, rights-of-way, and property can be protected.
