Four Lakes Bridge Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Join us for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 2 PM to celebrate the opening of the new Four Lakes Bridge, which was constructed over the East Branch of the DuPage River near Four Lakes Avenue and East Lake Drive. The new bridge replaced a 1969 bridge which was deteriorating and could no longer support heavy vehicles. The new bridge has no weight restrictions and can be used by fire trucks, school buses, delivery and moving trucks. The construction cost of $1,750,000 was funded by the federal government (80%), the Village of Lisle (10%) and the Four Lakes Homeowners Association (10%). To learn more, click here.
