Saturday Roadwork Planned

On Saturday, July 9, road paving will occur on Burr Oak Road, Eisenhower Lane and Patton Drive in Lisle. Roads will remain open to traffic during the work but motorists may experience slight delays. Thank you for your patience as our roads are improved for a smoother, safer ride!

Police To Conduct Staff Walk

On Tuesday, July 12 from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m., Lisle Police Command Staff will conduct a Staff Walk at Lakeside Apartments. During a Staff Walk, Command Staff informally walk through a neighborhood, meeting people, opening up lines of communication, strengthening relationships and assessing local quality of life issues. Meet the brave men and women who serve and protect the Lisle community!

ICE Cards Help Reunite Families Quicker

If disaster strikes, how quickly could you be reunited with your children? Up the odds of a quick connect by creating ICE (In Case of Emergency) Cards and placing them in your children’s bags. ICE cards contain contact info of family/friends your children can provide people trying to reunite families during chaotic, unforeseen events. Brooke & the Nice Things

PrairieWalk Pond Concert Series 

Does Motown move you? Then motor on over to PrairieWalk Pond for a FREE! concert by Brooke & the Nice Things on Thursday, August 4 at 7 p.m. Bring a blanket or chair, food/drinks available from Evviva! TVs Accepted at Electronics Recycling Events

Want to responsibly dispose of CRT, flat screen and projector TVs? The Lisle Monthly Electronics Recycling Events are now run by eWorks, a vendor who accept TVs. Events will occur on the third Saturday of each month at a new location - (the Commuter Parking Lot just east of Lisle Village Hall, 925 Burlington Avenue), with expanded hours, (8 a.m. - noon). TVs will be accepted, but a small fee ($25 - $35) will be assessed depending on the size. The next Electronics Recycling Event will occur Saturday, July 16. To learn more, click here.

Veggie Fest Returns

What do more than 30,000 people know? 2015 Veggie Fest attendees know that the 2016 Veggie Fest promises to be just as enlightening, offering an international food court, cooking demos, speakers, music, a children's tent, 100 vendor booths - all aimed at helping you achieve a more healthy, peaceful lifestyle.
